Retreat Reservation Terms & Conditions

By completing your reservation for the Ixchel Rising Retreat – Tulum, Mexico (March 27 – April 1, 2027), you agree to the following terms:

Deposit & Reservation
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at the retreat. This deposit secures your space and confirms your commitment to attend. Because spaces are limited and your reservation prevents another participant from booking that spot, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Payment Plan Commitment
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full retreat balance, regardless of attendance. All payments must be completed according to the payment schedule provided at checkout.

Transfer of Reservation
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another participant with prior written approval from the retreat host. All transfers must be completed no later than 30 days before the retreat start date and may be subject to an administrative transfer fee.

Travel & Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, travel documents, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.

Retreat Modifications
The retreat hosts reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the retreat schedule, facilitators, or activities if necessary to ensure the best possible experience for participants.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In the event that the retreat must be postponed, modified, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the retreat host—including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, travel bans, public health concerns, political unrest, or other force majeure events—the retreat host will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by participants, including flights or travel arrangements.

If the retreat must be rescheduled, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the new retreat dates.

Participant Responsibility & Liability

By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in activities that may include yoga, meditation, movement practices, sound healing, or other wellness experiences. Participants agree to take full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the retreat.

Participants release and hold harmless the retreat hosts, facilitators, and venue from any liability for injuries, illness, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation in retreat activities.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities and are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional if necessary.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of spaces and the advance planning required for accommodations, experiences, and retreat logistics, the following cancellation policy applies to all retreat reservations.

Deposit Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at the retreat. This deposit secures your space and prevents another participant from booking that spot. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund Window
Participants may request a refund of payments made beyond the initial $500 deposit within 30 days of their purchase date.

After this 30-day window, all payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable, as retreat accommodations and planning commitments will have already begun.

Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans are a commitment to the full retreat price.

If a cancellation occurs within the 30-day refund window, any payments made beyond the $500 deposit will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded.

Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend the retreat after the refund window has passed, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant with written approval from the retreat host. All transfers must be completed no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.

Retreat Modifications
Retreat programming, facilitators, and experiences may evolve as we continue crafting the most meaningful experience possible. Any changes will always be made with the intention of maintaining the integrity and quality of the retreat.
